One was doing the minimum to update my father’s home economically, and staging it for sale which resulted in an offer the day before listing with $5,000 over my asking price! Then, we’ve done a complete demo to a small 1970’s add-on wood paneled office, converted into a contemporary combination office-workout equipment room, complete with a floating custom stained wood desk slab and shelf over Brazilian pecan wood walls (really makes a statement!) and dark wood flooring fitting our weights and elliptical in perfectly!
